Although we love the layout of our house, it has needed some updates to make it look a little less 1996ish. Our fireplace had this lovely green marble surrounding it that I have hated (yes, hate it a strong word, but I truly did hate it) since we moved in almost 4 years ago. Finally Darren decided he was tired of it too...THANK GOODNESS!
To start the process off we hired Brynn to number all the marble so when we put the new tile on we would know the correct sizing of each. She was so proud of herself that she was able to help!

The finished product! Darren amazes me with his skills...in between putting a new alternator in the Escape he tiled our fireplace! He is a Jack of all trades!
