I LOVE celebrating holidays. It doesn't matter which holiday, I just love to celebrate. It could be due to the fact that I LOVE to see the reaction of the girls when fun occassions happen to us.
This morning the girls woke up to quite the sight. Brynn and Cara made their way down stairs before I did this morning and they found quite the mess. The leprechaun did quite the number on our house last night.
He tipped over couches,
turned our toilet water green in ALL the toilets,
knocked over all the babies in the playroom,
knocked over Henry's (as Brynn calls it) high chair,
put Cara's meow meow on the lights and
Brynn's puppy on the lamp,
and turned our milk green!
Cara was quite confused with all that happened in our house, but Brynn couldn't stop talking about it. She even had to call Grandma and Auntie Key to see if the leprechaun visited their house!
We had the Berlings over for a St. Patrick's Day dinner. It was so much fun to have a brand new baby in our house!
Dinner consisted of lots of green food: salad with green onions, green peppers, and cucumbers; green garlic bread; key lime yogurt; green grapes; and fettuccini alfredo with chicken, green noodles and broccoli. YUMMY!
Finally we had dessert...rice crispy bars with green M&Ms and green sprinkles.Yeah, we do St. Patrick's Day right!
