Our neighbors invited the neighborhood over to their house for a Hawaiian themed pool party. They have the most amazing in-ground pool that John built himself. The entire project took him over 5 years, but it was well worth it. Of course, I didn't get a picture of the amazing pool, but on our way over I was able to snap a quick picture of my hula girls.

BUBBLES!
Every now and then Brynn likes to take a bath in our tub. She has never let me turn the jets on before, but this day (after quite a bit of convincing) she let me...but only if she could stand when they were on. The jets made TONS of bubbles that lasted forever. She was entertained in there until her water was ice cold.
JELLY FIN!
Summer session of swimming lessons proved to be a big step for Brynners. She graduated from a Tad Fin to a Jelly Fin! Typically they don't moved kids over to Jelly Fin until they are 4 years old, but Brynn's instructor said she had the skills to move so there is no reason to hold her back. Just one more thing Brynn amazes us with. The posts are mixed up--we went to Brynn's last swimming lessons as a Tad Fin and then went out for ice cream to celebrate.
Floating on her back.
Swimming to the castle.
Swimming back to the safety step.
We are so proud of you, Buggy!!
Favorite Playmates
My cousins just so happen to be two of Brynnie's favorite playmates. I REALLY wish they lived closer so we could hire them every now and then. Are you sure you don't want to move to Farmington, Tonja?

New Favorite Sleep Spot
Brynn's new favorite sleeping spot just happens to be at the top of the stairs. She is really quiet when she moves from her bedroom to the hallway so we never hear her, but this is how we find her most nights when we go up to bed.

Dakota County Fair
One of the last Thursdays of the summer we met our walking group at the Dakota County Fair, right here in Farmington. It just so happened to be the hottest day of the week and most likely the summer, so no we didn't go swimming before going to the fair--that's just the sweat dripping off the kids' faces! Despite the heat we managed to have a pretty good time.
Olmsted County Fair
The Eckhoffs invited us to Rochester to attend the Olmsted County Fair. We decided to get the big kids unlimited ride wristbands--it turned out it was a very good idea. I think we came out ahead!
